Public boat ramp and marina, beautiful rugged working boats, fish and seafood harvests, old crab shanty's, magestic Skipjacks, the legendary working sail boats of the Chesapeake of which only a few remain, are just outside your front door. Love local culture? Enjoy the harborside picnic tables just next door at Arby's Dock Bar & Grill, the only food service around and I'm sure you'll hear some stories. Walk a very short distance to the end of Deal Island Rd to see gorgeous panoramic views from the lower tip of the island. You will love the connection to the outdoors from the fully enclosed front porch, the oversized 2nd floor deck, and my favorite feature, the 3rd floor rooftop lookout where you can see all the way around the island.
